The Path to Connection
All sessions maintain strictly enforced confidentiality protocols. Groups meet in-person at our quiet, private practice in Naples, FL. Future online groups are being planned.

Consultation
The first step is a clinical consultation to assess readiness and ensure the program is the right fit for your teen's needs.

Group Placement
Groups are formed based on age and specific challenges, creating a cohesive peer circle of 6-8 participants for optimal engagement.

Weekly Sessions
Program involves 90-minute weekly sessions where teens work through our proprietary curriculum focused on psychoeducation, personal growth, and authentic connection.

Ongoing Follow-up
After the initial program, teens can transition to our Freedom Circle for long-term health and stability.
Is the group safe and confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our practice. Every participant and parent signs a strict confidentiality agreement to ensure a safe space for honest sharing without fear of judgment or exposure.
What if my teen isn't ready or doesn't want to attend?
Resistance is normal. We recommend starting with a parent consultation. Often, when parents begin their own support journey, it shifts the family dynamic and makes the teen more open to the idea of a peer group.
Are sessions online or in-person in Naples?
We will offer both options. Our local Naples, FL groups meet in a comfortable office setting, while our online groups will serve families across the state with the same high level of engagement and privacy.
Do you take insurance?
The unfortunate truth is that insurance doesn't cover this type of therapy yet, and we don't know if they ever will. We work hard to keep therapy affordable, and we're easily much more affordable than private pay individual therapy.
What can I expect as a parent during the program?
You can expect consistent communication and practical tools to rebuild trust and connection with your teen in a way that feels hopeful rather than critical.
How long do the group programs last?
Programs are structured in 12-week cycles, allowing for deep work and group cohesion. Many participants choose to continue into our alumni group, The Freedom Circle, for ongoing support.
